The Bookery Coffeehouse Supports The Wellness Foundation for Dementia Caregiver Nonprofit
Help us, The Bookery Coffeehouse, support The Wellness Foundation for Dementia Caregiver Nonprofit throughout the entire month of February by donating at checkout, in honor of National Caregivers Day.
National Caregivers Day honors both professional and family caregivers who provide essential, hands‑on support to individuals who cannot fully care for themselves. Although the day recognizes all caregivers, we choose to focus specifically on dementia caregivers—whose around‑the‑clock responsibilities often go unseen and unsupported. February, the month of love, is the perfect time to honor their dedication in a deeper, more meaningful way.
Here is a blog that speaks to the raw truth of dementia caregiving - the emotional, physical, and often invisible weight caregivers carry every day. Blog at https://wellnessgrants.org/causes/.
