The Adult Book Fair
Remember the excitement of Book Fair week?
The Bookery will be at The Adult Book Fair on November 8th! This is a nostalgic book fair experience designed for grown ups. Inspired by the magic of the Scholastic Book Fair, this thoughtfully curated event is filled with books, local authors, nostalgic cocktails, interactive experiences, bookish merch, and creative small businesses. More than a vendor market, it's an experience designed to make you feel like a kid again.

Children's Read Aloud
Join us along with local author, Ms. Nicky Books on November 9th from 11:00am-11:30am for a Children’s Read Aloud of her book, “Noni On The Moon…Cooking Spaghetti and Meatballs”.
Join Elana on an enchanting nighttime adventure as she discovers Noni cooking spaghetti and meatballs on the moon! Filled with imagination, friendship, and wonder, this delightful story encourages young readers to become part of the journey. Along the way, children will answer fun questions, share their own thoughts, and use their creativity as the story unfolds. From birthday parties to moonlit dreams, every page invites little ones to interact with the characters and stay engaged from beginning to end. A heartwarming story perfect for reading together again and again.

Holidays + Hygge Cocktail Class
Join us on November 12th from 6:30-8:30pm to kick off the festive holiday season during this hands-on cocktail class.
The holidays are upon us, and with them comes the parties, get-togethers and celebrations that make the season bright. In this hands-on class, you'll learn to shake and stir three festive, cozy cocktails that will be a hit at your holiday gatherings! Everyone will receive a recipe card so you can recreate these concoctions at Thanksgiving, cookie swaps, holiday parties and other seasonal gatherings.
Cider Spritz: bright, juicy, fizzy
Ginger Cosmo: zippy, light, fun
Bourbon Espresso Martini: rich, indulgent, bold
Snacks: Ham + cheddar sliders, crudite + chips + dip, sweet treats

Havertown Holiday Festival
The Havertown Holiday Festival sponsored by Visit Delco is a family friendly event focused on Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Winter Fun!
We will have costumed characters, live holiday music, face painting and crafts for kids, food trucks and vendors, beer, wine, & hot adult beverages, a holiday marketplace, an ice sculpture demonstration, a lit menorah and a tree lighting with caroling. The stage schedule, list of vendors, and more will be announced soon!
$5 per person
Children 3 and under are free
