Tea Time Cocktail Making Workshop

  • Plant Roots & The Bookery 19 Brookline Boulevard Havertown, PA, 19083 United States (map)

On October 19th from 6:30-8:00pm, join us in discovering how the delicate world of teas and tisanes can elevate your cocktail game! In this hands-on, flavor-filled class, you'll learn how to craft beautifully infused spirits and simple syrups that bring floral and botanical notes to life in your drinks.

Together, we’ll mix three unique, easy-to-recreate cocktails that are perfect for impressing guests or just treating yourself:

Dozen Roses – A romantic twist on a Collins, with vodka, homemade rose simple syrup, fresh lime juice, sparkling rosé, and a splash of soda.

London Sun – A bright and citrusy blend of Earl Grey–infused gin, lemon and orange juices, and a touch of honey.

Chai Hot Toddy - Chai tea, Bourbon, lemon, ginger-infused honey

And no cocktail class is complete without nibbles! We'll be serving a charming selection of tea-time snacks, including aged cheddar with seeded crackers, cucumber & cream cheese tea sandwiches, and buttery shortbread cookies with jam.

Whether you're a cocktail novice or a tea lover looking to try something new, this class is a relaxed and creative way to mix, sip, and enjoy.
